i was absolutely underwhelmed. first, the check-in was a disaster, no information about the painfully slow airport shuttle. then, i couldn't even use the coffee maker since it was unplugged upon arrival—how quaint! i almost considered a good review, but where's my complimentary upgrade for this hassle? the staff seemed disgruntled, which really set the mood for my stay.

The complimentary breakfast offered a fantastic variety, while the inability to access the reliable shuttle for my return proved inconvenient.

The good outweighs the bad (barely)

The two queen bed studio was well appointed with modern decor and amenities like a kitchenette, microwave, and spacious sitting area, making for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight!

Despite its appeal, the walls were thin, allowing noise from adjoining rooms to penetrate, disrupting my sleep quality significantly. Additionally, I faced unexpected delays during check-in which added frustration to my arrival.

This was just a top selection for a brief pause in Austin with great value. The staff was generally professional, especially the morning desk person who was helpful. Make sure to ask about any wake-up call services if you need them.

The studio suite offered excellent space and modern amenities like a fridge. Shuttle service to the airport was smooth and punctual, which was very convenient for our late-night arrivals.

Decent Stay Near the Airport

The King Studio Suite impressed with its modern amenities, especially the fridge for late-night snacks. Enjoyed the convenience of the sturdy airport shuttle, but check its timing if you have an early flight. Recommend visiting nearby restaurants for better variety and value than what was offered onsite.
